Direct Service Agreement

A Direct Service Agreement is an agreement for service or trade independent of a third party or platform used for marketing. This is an agreement solely made between client and provider. The Direct Service Agreement is the acknowledgement of the client upon purchase that all arrangements, amendments, negotiations, contracts, terms and conditions and other issues relating to the trade for a service or product are exclusively arranged and determined by the agreement of both parties and may be subject to any current policies, terms or conditions currently practiced by the provider. The DSA may be entered through verbal or written agreement for service once payment is remitted. No official contract is required or mandatory to proceed in trade. The correspondence, transaction or service receipt may be referenced with the DSA. An official DSA agreement may be requested for long-term service or an agreement that exceeds 3-days or more or includes ongoing remission of payment and service.
